Architecture

This artwork explores the theme of growth by portraying the evolution of architecture over the ages. The picture escalates from buildings during the iron and bronze age to the Victorian age and finally in the background, modern day. The sun is on the far left. It represents the beginning of buildings. There is also a road connecting the first four buildings. This road then makes a sharp left turn toward the horizon and a modern-day city in the distance. As I was drawing this artwork, I had to design each individual building separately or else the details would be too much to handle.
